— 2+ years of experience at a fintech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.) — Experience managing teams
Would be a benefit: — Client/account/support manager's or data/business analyst's experience in banking/payments sector or fintech — QA/testing experience — Basic knowledge of a programming language
