MAIN TECH STACK & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong coding skills in .NET Core or Go - preferred, but not a deal breaker. Good Python / Java / RoR hands-on could work also - we care more about engineering fundamentals and AI fluency than your exact stack.
- AI-first mindset: utilizing AI tools for better deliveries in code generation, debugging, review, and documentation
- Experience working in Fx/Trading/CFD environments or at least practical interest or personal experience in financial markets, brokers, and trading platforms;
- Some practical experience in Frontend would be a benefit: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Material UI, and State Management (Redux or similar), but at least eager to explore frontend;
- Experience with: Web API, REST, Redis, Service Mesh;
- Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and services;
- Experience with relational and analytical databases (MySQL and ClickHouse are a plus);
- Genuine desire to understand the business domain and the "why" behind the build.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Feature development — building and shipping product functionality (frontend/backend) using AI-assisted development workflows;
- Process automation — identifying manual, repetitive workflows across the business and replacing them with automated pipelines;
- Third-party integrations — connecting external services into core systems (payment providers, KYC/AML, CRMs);
- AI agent workflows — designing and implementing multi-step AI agents for tasks like client onboarding and support;
- Internal tooling — building tools that make the rest of the engineering team faster and more effective;
