MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in Application Operations / Production Support (L2–L3): real ownership of production incidents, not L1 or monitoring-only;
- Strong application-level troubleshooting: logs, APIs, configurations, integrations, end-to-end issue analysis;
- Incident and problem management: RCA, post-incident reviews, mitigation actions, permanent fixes;
- ITSM experience: incident and problem ticket management, SLAs, prioritization (Jira, ServiceNow or similar);
- Solid technical foundation: Linux, SQL, REST APIs, log analysis tools (ELK, Splunk), basic scripting.
Highly advantageous qualifications:
- Fintech or banking systems exposure: payments, core banking, high-availability transactional environments;
- Audit and compliance support experience: PCI DSS, GDPR, internal and external audits.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and resolve production incidents end-to-end: investigate issues, restore service, and communicate status;
- Perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews: define mitigation actions and drive permanent fixes;
- Troubleshoot application-level issues: analyze logs, APIs, databases, configurations, and integrations;
- Manage incident and problem tickets in ITSM tools: ensure SLAs, prioritization, and proper documentation;
- Monitor application health and performance: identify capacity risks and stability bottlenecks proactively;
- Support audits and operational reporting: provide evidence for internal and external audits, track stability KPIs;
- Close collaboration with development teams: service take-on, releases, upgrades, production readiness.
