About the product:

A service for founders and top managers that helps run projects through voice meetings.

The system automatically records or summarizes calls, extracts decisions, tasks, and questions, updates project goals, and prepares the team for the next meeting.

The product works on top of any CRM or task management system, collecting strategic context and visualizing progress toward goals. Essentially, it’s an AI Chief of Staff for executives.

The project is being launched by a group of entrepreneurs and investors with successful FinTech ventures across the post-Soviet region and the UAE.

The team expects from you

— Middle-level skills in Python (preferably Django) and JavaScript

— Understanding and basic hands-on experience with web development, Docker, Git, documentation, and basic CI/CD

— Understanding of client–server architecture

— Willingness and ability to dive into and understand colleagues’ code

— Interest in AI technologies and readiness to take part (at least on a high level) in shaping the AI side of the product

Key responsibilities

— Build integrations with external services: Google/Outlook calendars, messenger bots, mailboxes

— Develop internal web admin panels

— Write tests (backend and integrations)

— Maintain documentation (for your tasks and, when needed, supplementing others’ docs)

— Conduct technical research and present findings to the team (e.g., “what email delivery services can we use in region X, and how can we integrate them into our backend”)
