About the product:
B2B SaaS platform for managers and teams — helps structure workflows, capture and track goals, tasks, and decisions.
Acts as an “operational assistant” for executives and integrates with CRM and task management systems.
The project is being launched by a group of entrepreneurs and investors with successful FinTech ventures across the post-Soviet region and the UAE.
We’re looking for someone who can build LLM-based pipelines (Python, FastAPI, vector databases, data pipelines) and is also interested in the product side — ready to suggest hypotheses, see the bigger picture, and eventually take on part of the product responsibility.
— Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and knowledge management systems (or similar tools);
— Strong Python skills (preferably FastAPI), solid understanding of data pipelines, databases, APIs, and integrations;
— Curiosity for the product side — ability to propose hypotheses, suggest improvements, and understand the product as a whole;
— Leadership potential and a desire to gradually take ownership of product development.
— Fully remote;
— Start part-time (flexible workload), then transition to full-time, taking over a key area — the product’s “intelligence” layer;
— First 3–6 months under NDA, paid in crypto;
— The project is at an early stage — a compact, hands-on team;
