Company provides comprehensive and versatile banking software solution for private banks, E-Money and payment institutions, offering capabilities that up until now were affordable only by large commercial banks.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

— 4+ years of proven project managers record in IT/software field from request to delivery (release), control, reports, improve process, OKRs;

— Demonstrable understanding of Agile methodology and applying it to complex projects with hard deadlines;

— Previous experience at a fintech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.) → priority;

Highly advantageous qualifications:

• Fintech or banking systems exposure: payments, core banking, high-availability transactional environments;
• Audit and compliance support experience: PCI DSS, GDPR, internal and external audits.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

— Become a part of software engineering department to manage and drive the projects

— Setting your development team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap

— Write project documentation and reports

WORK CONDITIONS

— On-site, Vilnius — Full-time, long-term — Gross salary up to EUR 60,000 — Private health insurance plan participation
