A PayTech project in the HoReCa industry is preparing for a relaunch and is looking for a Product Owner who will take operational ownership and lead the product from its current version to launch across several EU markets — and later to a global rollout.
The project already has a well-thought-out design and UX, but it requires a “rejuvenation” and adaptation to the realities of 2025.
The startup is being launched by a team with successful FinTech projects in Europe and the UAE.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in product management/ownership at the intersection of online and offline environments (B2B2C preferred).
- Proven track record of launching products or key features from idea to release and scaling.
- Strong business mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
- Understanding of product marketing and sales; bonus — experience in customer development and competitive analysis.
- Leadership skills and ability to inspire the team.
- Advanced English & fluent Russian language (written+conversational).
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Relaunch: review the current UX/UI and update the design.
- Together with the founders — define the product vision and roadmap (Poland →Europe → Global).
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy, and search for a CMO.
- Work closely with the future CTO and the development team: feature prioritization, backlog management, deadline control.
- Build / hire the product team from scratch.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Remote at the start — work from anywhere.
- Salary up to PLN 19,000 during the launch stage (based on expertise and experience). After launch — priority for the Head of Product position and stock options.
