— 2+ years of experience at a fintech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.) — Experience managing teams
— English B2+ and Lithuanian.
Would be a benefit: — Client/account/support manager's or data/business analyst's experience in banking/payments sector or fintech — QA/testing experience — Basic knowledge of a programming language
— Become a part of software engineering department to manage and drive the projects — Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap — You will establish the direction for delivering exceptional product, taking charge of the plan for initiatives, and overseeing the management, definition, and prioritisation of tasks
