MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience as a Manual QA / Test Engineer.
• Experience in fintech / banking / financial systems (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and test types (functional, regression, integration).
• Hands-on experience testing complex web-based systems.
• Confident API testing experience (Postman or similar).
• Strong skills in test design techniques (test scenarios, test cases, checklists).
• Experience working with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems.
• Ability to analyse requirements and think in edge cases, not just happy paths.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• English B2+.

Would be a benefit:

• Understanding of automation concepts (able to work alongside automation QA).
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Exposure to performance testing (e.g. JMeter).
• Familiarity with CI/CD release processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing of core banking systems.
