MAIN REQUIREMENTS

— Experience with Azure Application Insights, Elasticsearch, and ITSM tools for tracking incidents.

— Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and tools like Postman, cURL for debugging.

— Querying logs (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk) and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

— Experience in L1-L3 technical support, diagnosing payment gateway and transaction issues.

— Understanding of PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and basic knowledge of security audits and threat detection.

— Familiarity with Azure environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

— Ability to create technical documentation, knowledge bases, and effectively communicate solutions

— Fluent spoken + written English;

— Knowledge of Lithuanian is required.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

— Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and escalate critical incidents. — Act as the primary technical support contact, resolve customer-reported issues, and provide multi-level support (L1-L3). — Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and create monitoring dashboards for proactive issue detection. — Troubleshoot API-related issues, guide customers on integration, and assist in testing/debugging. — Assist in security audits, ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, GDPR), and monitor for security threats. — Support application deployments, infrastructure changes, and CI/CD automation. — Maintain troubleshooting documentation, update knowledge bases, and train internal teams.
