Main product is FX-trading engine: liquidity aggregation, risk-management, order routing and execution, monitoring, reporting, ultra-low-latency connectivity.

MAIN TECH STACK & REQUIREMENTS

• Deep expertise in one or more modern SE languages: Go, Rust, Java
• Forex / Trading domain experience
• Databases: ClickHouse, MariaDB, MySQL. Query plan analysis & understanding
• Queues: Kafka, Redpanda, NATS or similar
• Strong expertise in SQL: explain, analyze
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and containers/orchestration
• Experience with REST API and microservices architecture
• Experience with Git

The ideal candidate is:

• A problem-resolver, not just “Jira-ticket-shooter”
• Business-logic / product oriented not just “code-producer”. Previous experience in tech product management / leading would be a huge benefit.
• Actively applying AI for reaching better performance

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, building, and maintaining microservices
• Engaging in architectural planning sessions with architects and fellow engineers
• Performing code reviews to ensure quality and best practices
