Company provides comprehensive and versatile banking software solution for private banks, E-Money and payment institutions, offering capabilities that up until now were affordable only by large commercial banks.
— Proven experience in product management and/or ownership experience at a fintech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
— Hands-on experience with banking systems, specifically core banking systems, integrations, and financial products
— Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial services (DORA, PSD2, etc.)
— Experience with provisioning systems and data-driven platforms, with a focus on managing financial and regulatory data
— Practical understanding of API integrations and data flow within banking systems
— Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
— Experience in user story creation, backlog management, and sprint planning
— English B2+ and Lithuanian
