— 4+ years of proven project managers record in IT development field from request to delivery (release), control, reports, improve process, OKRs;
— Previous experience at a fintech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.) → priority;
Would also be a benefit: — Client/account/support manager's or data/business analyst's experience in banking/payments sector or fintech
— Become a part of software engineering department to manage and drive the projects
— Setting your development team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap
— Write project documentation and reports
